A welcoming, refurbished 16th Century inn, where you can enjoy a cosy drink, a delicious meal, a comfortable night’s sleep – or all three.
We offer spacious accommodation and traditional home made food, so whether you are in the area on business or pleasure, you can be sure of a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
Our bar is open daily from 12.00 noon, and serves a wide selection of traditional ales which we source from around the UK.
Situated in the picturesque village of Hope in the Derbyshire Peak District, we are within easy travelling distance from Sheffield, Chesterfield and Manchester by car, bus or train. We’re also ideally situated for many local walking trails, as well as Blue John Mines, Speedwell and Peak Caverns.
We now offer a collect service from Hope Rail Station for our Guests.
